How many reps should I do?

A question that I get asked a lot = How many reps should I be doing?

I find that a lot of people will select their weight and then do as many reps as they can with that weight.

This means;

- If you select a light weight, you'll be able to do lots of reps

- If you select a heavy weight, you'll only be able to do a few reps

The Problem:

- You don't know what you're working towards

- Your workout has no consistency

- You're unlikely to see results, as there is no clear progression

The Solution:

- Establish your goals

- Select the corresponding rep range, to achieve that goal
